What is your schedule?
We offer over 100 classes per week, from as early as 5 am to as late as 6:30 pm. The best way to start is to take our Introductory class that is specifically designed for new clients:

Introductory Boot Camp Class Times
Dana Point: Monday's @ 9am, Tuesday's and Thursday's @ 5pm, and Saturday's @ 8am
San Clemente: Monday's @ 4:30pm, and Saturday's @ 9am
If I am out of shape can I still do it?
Yes, we have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level.
Whats the difference between this and Crossfit?
Crossfit is designed for performance only and our classes are 100% designed to maximize fat loss.
